Description

An award winning beach house large enough for a big family gathering

The design of this house is very different from other properties in the area. The high ceilings and large glass windows provides fantastic air flow throughout the house.

The three large bedrooms located upstairs all face the ocean and each has a beach balcony. The master bedroom features a king size bed, the second bedroom has two double beds while the third one has three twin beds. A smaller guest room, with a twin bed and private bathroom, is located on the main floor.

The open concept kitchen, dining room and living room which includes a satellite TV offers great views of the beach. This great room opens to a large covered terrace and a very private pool.

At the front of the house, right by the shore, is a great “palapa” which provides shade and allows for spectacular views of the ocean.

At the back, protected from the wind, is a lovely pool as well as a second “palapa” which provides another dining area.

There is also a covered parking large enough for four cars.

This house can accommodate up to 11 persons.

    Absolutely amazing! Our second winter down here and it keeps getting better and better. This house was like the perfect distance away from the villages. Close enough to get food and other amenities and still felt like you had your own get away going back home. This house was massive and really good for entertaining. And the kitchen was perfect for cooking as we are cooks. The pool was great since we had a little one with us and the beachfront yard was great to play soccer or pass on it. .Overall this property was great and would definitely stay here again. There.s also salt flats near by and there are lots of cenotes about an hour drive away . Pamela and Sylvia are always helpful and will help you with any need possible. I will be Back next year and the following years to come
