Description
A two-story beach house under the palm trees located in the heart of Uaymitun.
All bedrooms in this house are located on the second floor and have air conditioning as well as ceiling fans. The master offers a double bed, private bathroom and a big Flat screen with Satellite TV. It opens though sliding glass doors to a balcony facing the ocean. The second bedroom is beachfront as well, and has a double bed, the bathroom is across a short hallway. The third room, facing the back, has two twin beds and private bathroom.
The house has a large terrace at the front, partly covered. Pool is at the end of it, overlooking the beachfront.
To the back, covered parking and a terrace sheltered from the wind, which makes a really nice spot on windy days.
The views from this house are incredible. The beautiful endemic vegetation at the front of the house offers privacy and creates a wonderful foreground to watch the sunrise and the sunset.
The house is located in Uaymitun, considered by many as having the most beautiful beach in the area.
The caretaker resides on site. He does the housekeeping once a week (included in the rental fee) and takes care of the pool as well as the grounds. He can also help out with anything else you might need.
The house can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Clean and efficient house on the beach. Very quiet and restful with a lovely native plant garden and ocean view. Handy man on site was very pleasant and helpful. There are 3 single beds in the house and one double bed so there is really only acccomadation for 4 people. There was no washer/dryer or dishwasher as stated in the listing. Regardless we would happily stay again if we were not expecting more than one overnight guest.
