The covered terrace includes a dining area and a bar.  The un cover terrace has an open palapa with a sitting area and a large pool.

The house is located on km 10 in Chicxulub. 

The caretakers live right behind the grounds and they take care of the pool maintenance, as well as grounds.

This house can accommodate up to 6 persons.

Rates

• September - June $630 USD per week or $1,800 USD per month
• December 15 till January 5th $1,080 USD per week
• Long term $1,440 USD (2.5 months or more)

Safety Deposit: 300 USD

Not available for rent Holy & Easter weeks, July and August.
