An ideal location just a couple of kilometers from Chicxulub

This house is ideally located in a private neighborhood east of Chicxulub. It has three master bedrooms, each with a king size bed, a private bathroom and air conditioning. Three of the bedrooms are upstairs, the fourth one, located on the ground floor, is wheelchair accessible.

You also have on the main floor a living room with TV and DVD, a dining room and a kitchen fully equipped. A Wi-Fi connection is also included in the rent.

Both the dining and living rooms face the ocean and open to the terrace through glass sliding doors allowing the breeze to flow through the house. The large covered terrace runs from the house towards the beach and around the pool.

There is also a covered parking large enough for two cars.

The caretakers live on premises and take care of the pool and are available for anything you may need.

This house can accommodate up to 8 persons.

    The house is great. Roman is always around and the Canadian neighbors are very cool. The only problem is the living room furniture is really, really uncomfortable. Not sure whether anything can be done about that.
