This beachfront condo offers beautiful views not only of the beach but also of the mangrove area.
It is located just a few steps from the Uaymitun flamingo belvedere and a few kilometers from the village of Chicxulub.
The condo is comfortably furnished and impeccably maintained. The master bedroom has a king size bed, its own bathroom, AC and a safe. The other two rooms each have a double bed.
The condo is fully equipped with a gas stove, a fridge and freezer, and a microwave. In the living room you will also find a satellite TV, a DVD and a CD player.
A lovely pool facing the ocean surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs is available for condo occupants.
Public transportation towards Chicxulub, Progreso, and Merida is available every 20 minutes just behind the complex. However, having a car would make your stay more enjoyable.
In Chicxulub, the nearest village, you will find friendly merchants offering services like: Laundromat, telephone, internet, food market, seafood restaurants, video store, etc.
The caretakers live on premises and they run a small convenience store from their house where you can find basic groceries, purified water and ice.
They also maintain the condo grounds and pool. They can also do your cleaning and your laundry.
This condo apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons.
