This beachfront condo offers fist class amenities not only in the apartment but the whole complex. Definitely the best in the area!
It is located just a few steps from SilCer Marina, and the Tecnohotel. Km 25.5.
The condo has been comfortably furnished and impeccably maintained. Not to mention it is brand new! The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, its own bathroom, AC and a TV with its DVD and Satellite TV connection. The other two rooms each have a double bed and the last one a twin bunk bed.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, a fridge and freezer, and a microwave, and it faces the ocean. Washer and Dryer are also available!
The complex has several incredible pools, one of them with a swimming canal, all of them surrounded with endemic vegetation that has been preserved for privacy and decoration.
Enjoy a magical afternoon relaxing on one of the comfortable lounge chairs that surround the pools, which are available for condo occupants.
Public transportation towards Chicxulub, Progreso, and Merida is available twice a day just behind the complex. However, having a car would make your stay more enjoyable.
In Chicxulub, the nearest village, you will find friendly merchants offering services like: Laundromat, telephone, internet, food market, seafood restaurants, video store, etc.
The complex has a small convenience store for guests, where you can find basic groceries, purified water and ice. You can also order food from TecnoHotel and they can deliver at the complex.
