The private villa is located in Uaymitum, a stretch of the Yucatan emerald coast that combines landscape with beautiful sunsets and houses.

The master bedroom located on the third floor has a King size bed, an ensuite bathroom and a lovely balcony; having the best view of the house. The other two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, are located on the second floor.

The main floor features all the “social areas”. The open kitchen, dining room and living room all lead to a nice covered terrace facing the pool.

Public transportation to Chicxulub and Progreso is available 1 km away.

The property can accommodate up to 4 persons.
