This beautiful brand new house is ideally located just a block away from the ocean and a few steps from a well stock convenient store.

Chicxulub, the closest fishermen village, is just 3 km away.

Ground level features a living room with a smart TV; a dining room that can sit up to 12 guests, a fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators and one full bathroom. Wifi internet is available at the house.

All bedrooms have private access from outside the house.

First bedroom is located on Main floor, with a double bed and en suite bathroom.

The 2 master bedrooms are located on the second story have partial views of the ocean. Both of them, with a king size bed and en suite bathrooms, share a nice long balcony. Each of these bedrooms have their own taste as they have been individually decorated by each owner.

Outdoor area is extensive. Sheltered from the wind, the pool and terrace lay facing north so nice breeze can be felt every afternoon.

The caretaker lives next door and he knows all the tricks to the house, he is very helpful and available for anything you require.
