  We stayed 6 weeks and loved every minute of it.Malin Kaya is a gorgeous house and super comfortable.. Bedrooms and kitchen face a beautiful open atrium within the house. The beds were comfortable and rarely the need for air conditioning . The outdoor area, dining papala,and pool were the best.We spent hours by the pool and dinners under the palapa.We loved the large steps down to the sandy path to the beach. We enjoyed the morning walks along the beach.Its about a 30 minute walk to town.We did our big shops in Progreso but Telcha Puerto has plenty of vegetables and fruit and some delicious bakeries. Yucatan Vacations was amazing with communication and requests always promptly answered. A few things to consider.The beach is not always clear of seaweed which can be frustrating, its windy here a lot .Unfortunately we did have the power go off a few times. This place is super special with its proximity to the beach and ocean ,its easy to relax here for some time.It doesn’t get better then this and highly recommend Malin Kaya.

  This is a beautiful house with a really original design. For us one of the big stars of the house was the great pool. Very clean, warm and with quite a view. The stairs in the pool were perfect for our toddler. You have your own entrance to the beach. There are a lot of lights, both indoors and outdoors (even pool lights) so the big terrace is also perfect to sit in the evenings. Telchac is a nice, little town with a few restaurants. This is a great place to relax for some time, we highly recommend it.

  A very attractive house. The pool area has no shade and the steps down to the beach are a little steep for children. This is a good house for adults but not for young children.

  We really enjoyed our stay with Yucatan Vacations. The kids enjoyed a lot the pool and the sea is very quiet and safe for them. The house is very well decorated and is way bigger than it appears on the pictures. Arnold was very useful and we felt safe having him close by. We cooked few meals on site, the kitchen and dining room are very spacious and nice. You need to bring your own condiment like salt, pepper, oils, salsa or specific tools but it has the basic. We discovered nice restaurants around to. The view from the ocean is nice and it is quite close from the house. The week we were there there the beach was clean and beautiful. Note that you need to be a little patient for hot water or high pressure but all the pluss from the house compensate for that. We had very quick responses from Yucatan vaCation and they were very helpful and tried to solve all our water issues even on January first. We will definitely come back!!

  Excelente casa, hermosa y muy cómoda. La pileta es perfecta. El punto más flojo, que no tiene que ver con la casa es la playa, bastante sucia y cuando estuvimos con bastantes algas. Algo para mejorar: las duchas y el agua caliente. El resto es realmente hermoso y con todo lo necesario; toallas, sábanas y camas de calidad. Gracias.

  What a fabulous house! We rented it from Feb. 11-Mar. 21 and enjoyed every day sitting under the palapa in the shade and swimming in that huge pool. With the open courtyard inside, we always felt like we were still outdoors enen though we were in out of the wind when the evening wind arrived. The master bedroom and bathroom are enormous and the air conditioner was very welcomed for sleeping. The kitchen is also huge with a very large side by side fridge/freezer. The caretaker looked after the pool and general maintenance and the housekeeper came to clean and wash the sheets and towels once a week. This house is truly amazing! Thank you so much Pamela & Karen. You are such a pleasure to deal with and you were so attentive to the small issues we had, which were dealt with immediately. And many thanks to Sylvia and her team for the hassle-free car rental. Yucatan Vacations are THE BEST!!!
