Description
This beautiful beachfront home has been recently remodeled. It is located in between the towns of Chelem and Chuburná.
As you walk in from the front door a big open central area features kitchen with dining counter, followed by the dining and living rooms. All overlooking the oceanfront through large sliding glass windows.
Three bedrooms along the sides of the central social area, all with AC units and fans. The master is beachfront and offers a king sixe bed and full bathroom. A second room also beachfront has a king bed and the third, two double beds.
The exterior beach area of the house is just as big as the house itself. To the front runs an open seating area and terrace with a bar and built in BBQ grill to a side. To the front of this is a large family size filtered pool.
All built in one floor, is handicap friendly. Gated entrance on the back with parking for one car.
Public transportation runs towards both town and Progreso every day, however having a car would make your stay much more comfortable.
This house can accommodate up to 8 people.

La verdad una maravillosa experiencia. La zona es espectacular!! La casa está bien, y salvo unos detalles de mantenimiento que se pueden mejorar, es una muy buena opción. Excelente comunicación con las personas de YV quienes tuvieron siempre la disposición de ayudarnos, así que muy recomendado!

La casa está muy bonita y bien ubicada a unos 50 minutos de Mérida. Todo estuvo muy bien solo tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente pero fuera de eso todo bien.

La casa es tal cual las imágenes, muy cómoda y bien equipada. La piscina de muy buen tamaño. Perfecta para pasar varios días, con una playa formidable. Invitado a regresar.
