Under a soaring cathedral ceiling you’ll find a Chefs kitchen with vintage inspired Italian range, commercial grade fridge and freezer, innovative microwave drawer, dishwasher and granite-composite sink. A huge centre island with top of the line quartzite countertops offers the perfect place for impromptu dining.

There is a well-appointed family room with 55” satellite TV, high speed Fibre internet, and separate workspace equipped with WIFI enabled printer.

Large ocean-facing glass doors/screens disappear entirely into the wall, creating a true indoor/outdoor experience. The covered pool patio with ceiling fan is perfect for dining al fresco. Infinity pool with built-in palm trees frame a spectacular view of the gulf. Lights in a variety of colors cast an underwater glow at night. A waterfall wall offers privacy with the soothing sound of cascading water in harmony with the waves. A great focal feature that also lights up at night!

Come back from the beach as sandy as you like! Because rinsing off is a breeze with an outdoor shower. Or you can walk right off the pool deck to indulge in the refreshing cascade of a rain shower in the main floor bathroom.

An illuminated modern glass staircase and skybridge lead you to the second floor.

At the top of the stairs is the laundry room with washer and dryer.

The master suite has a California King bed, luxury furnishings and large glass doors leading to a glass railing balcony. Stairs lead up to the observation deck – more glass railings allow an uninterrupted view of spectacular Yucatan sunsets and starry nights. The suite has AC, ceiling fan and 50” TV. In the master bath, guests enjoy an elegant free-standing tub with Designer chandelier and floor to ceiling window with remote control blind for views of the beach while you soak. A huge master vanity with twin vessel sinks offers ample space for makeup and hair styling. The rain shower will soothe your senses. The master bath is climate controlled.

Across the glass skybridge sits a guest bedroom with a linen, nail studded Queen size bed. Large windows strategically fill the room with light. Equipped with AC, ceiling fan and 50” TV. The ensuite bathroom has a lovely rain shower.

The main floor bedroom has twin beds, loads of natural light and ample storage. A 40” TV for entertainment, air conditioning and ceiling fan offers absolute comfort. Perfect for kids!

• June $2,000 USD per week
• July $150,000 MXP / month
• August $120,000 MXP / month

$500 USD security deposit – Deposit returned after completed stay if no damage is assessed and/or no rules have been broken.

Cancellation Policy: Security Deposit refundable upon cancellation 48hrs prior to booking.
